Hello all!! Long time, no post! This morning as I read through some blogs, I was inspired by Phyrra's Post about her new Too Faced Naked palette. I decided to bust out some neutrals and create this smokey nudey look. I used my favorite method- shimmery lid with matte contour colors.
I used:
Eyes
ELF eye primer
Urban Decay Sin patted all over lid up to crease with small shader brush (shimmery champagne-y nude)
NYX Chocolate applied to outer V with MAC 219, and dragged into crease (matte chocolate brown)
NYX Black to deepen V with 219 (matte black)
Ben Nye Toast on brow and to blend out edges of crease color (matte off white)
Ben Nye Cake Liner-black on upper lash line
Urban Decay 24/7 liner- Zero on waterline
Cheeks are NYX Peach blush, NYX Taupe to contour, MAC Soft and Gentle MSF to highlight
Lips are NYX Natural gloss
Thanks for looking :)
this is really gorgeous :)

ReplyDeleteI was worrying about you ! I hope everything is OK ? This look is so pretty , I am always wondering how TiffanyD makes her flawless looks but you did as good as she does...So As you're easier to reach (Huhu) I ask you . How do you manage that blending without the brown looking too muddy ???? and how do you keep your shimmery pale lid color from being "invaded" by the darker one....Please, explainations needed here !!!! Do you have a tut on this one ????
