Ive been getting a lot of use out of my 88 matte palette lately... it had gone long ignored until recently. I love having all the shadows spread out before me in one easy to access place. Here is a simple look using a matte white and some purples from the palette.... as well as a pop of yellow on the inner corners. I think this would have looked really nice with some demi falsies, but I was too lazy to put them on :)

88 Matte palette- white, yellow, medium purple and deep purple

Cover Girl Lash Blast Volume
Cheeks are Milani Luminous (a close dupe for Coralista!)
Lips are OCC lip tar in memento ( i think- name has been rubbed off)

My matte palette is totally being neglected. I just don't seem to know how to use mattes very well.

ReplyDeleteI neglect so much my 88 palette...You make me want to grab it for tomorrow ! How do you compare Luminous to Nars Orgasm (if you have both). I am probably the only one looking weird in NArs so if it's the same kind of shade, I'll skip it...but on you it looks so healthy !
