120 palette tropical

Hello

Its gray and gloomy today so I decided to go for some crazy brights for my eyes.  I barely use my 120 palette.  The colors are all pretty and well pigmented, but they are quite soft and messy.  With a sticky base, these shadows are pretty great.  Too bad the palette has a weird, old lady, perfumey smell to it.

I used a new liner brush today and I still have to get used to it... liner looks a bit wonky.

Face:
MAC Strobe Cream
L'oreal Studio Secrets Perfecting primer, dotted onto nose and under eyes (this helps hide my pore-tasticness)
MAC Moisture Tint Tinted Moisturizer- Light
MAC Studio Fix powder- C2 dusted very lightly to set
NYX Pinky blush
NYX Taupe blush to contour

Eyes
Aromaleigh eye primer- light
120 palette white gold, yellow, orange, blend of 2 pinks and black for lower lashline
Ben Nye Toast on brow
Ben Nye Black cake liner
Cover Girl Lash Blast Fusion- Very Black

Lips are Barry M Pinky Peach lippie with NYX LaLa gloss

  2. I love the way you faded the colors into each other and blended out the edges in the crease :)

  5. I was tempted to try the 120 palette but decided I have too much makeup for that...old lady perfume smell? Gross!
Anyway! The look is so pretty! I like how you blended them. It's either a sunset or mango look to me. :-D

Love the gradient effect, and the cat liner is too cute with it.

  13. That is a really cool way to use yellow! I personally.. dislike the color because yellow accessories and such clash with me. I think it's my paleness-ness XD Keep these tutorials coming!!! :D
